My car was damaged in an incident when a portion of a tree fell on it. I called Ken's towing for a quick tow back to my home. They responded very quickly, arrived on scene, took care of the towing safely and I was able to reach home with my young Kids without longer waiting as it was getting dark. Thank you for your good service!

Steer clear. I had an opportunity to do business with these guys. It won’t happen again. Call MAC towing if you want a professional to do the job and get your car to its destination without damage or headache. It’s bad enough when your car breaks down. Don’t make it worse by calling Ken’s. I’ll leave it at that.

I was really impressed will the tow company’s driver they sent out to me today. I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name, but he had just moved here from Reno Nevada. He was extremely professional and very calming. I really appreciated your kindness.

A parent of ours had an emergency situation where they accidentally had a child locked in a car. Lute arrived very quickly, dedicated and focused on getting the child out of the car safely. He was extremely professional and kind. Highly recommend this company.

KENS TOWING- BELLEVUE, a very fortunate company, indeed, to have Guillermo Burdich, working for them! I was certainly lucky to have met him at an Issaquah gas station while I was trying to Inflate a tire before heading over the mountain to Moses Lake. The tire kept going flat, so I went into the store to talk with the attendant. This is when I heard someone asking me if I was having g trouble? I said yes, and before I could say another word, Guillermo said, "I will help you..I'll be right out." It took him less than a minute to see the tire stem was broken. At this point, I asked if he had other jobs or places he was supposed to be? * He said, "NO, THIS IS WHAT I DO...I HELP PEOPLE. Besides, it's the end of my shift." *I was absolutely blown away! He could've just left for home, but he stayed past his work hrs to help me. The "donut spare" was to be installed, though a floor jack was needed. He asked if I'd be alright for a few mins, as his house wasn't far, and he had a jack to use. *What an extraordinary gesture! The spare was quickly installed, and I was thanking him for all he'd done. **A Blizzard Warning was now in effect, all the way to my destination.** Just imagine,
